Period of Engagement: june 2018 - july 2025

Working with Lucinda Kang has been a real eye opener.

Our initial engagement saw Lucinda perform a mini makeover and styling on a property we had developed. With minimal direction and a limited budget she quickly transformed a property that was refurbished to a high standard but fairly ordinary from a decorative perspective, into a fun, functional and rich living environment. This resulted in a complete turnaround in a touch sales market, from an increased valuation to how the property was received by buyers.

Since that initial project in 2018, we have continued to work with her where she has helped our clients maximise the potential of their homes and increased our average order value in the process. She possesses that rare combination of vision, client empathy and the ability to bring ideas to life without breaking the budget.

After extensive conversations and brainstorming sessions discussing our company’s goals and vision, she suggested that we rename our company to Strickland & Partners (formerly Rea; Estate 88). We were initially hesitant. However, we trusted he and believed in her and her process. It soon became apparent that she wasn’t simply helping us with a name change, but was helping us build a brand that resonated with where we wanted to be and be perceived in the industry. She brought this to life with a full rebranding and marketing strategy, and a new approach to client engagement.

She achieved this with minimal direction from us, very little management time, no pointless meetings and one point of contact.

When we required help with the launch of our second company, Charlie’s Windows, Lucinda was the first name on a shortlist of one.

She single handedly created the name, the brand, all sales and marketing collateral and continues to guide us through regular coaching sessions.
