LUCINDA KANG, LIFE ARCHITECT
FOUNDER OF THE RADICAL COMMONS

I DESIGN SPACES THAT HELP PEOPLE LIVE MORE MEANINGFULLY — WHETHER THAT’S A ROOM, a business, A COMMUNITY, OR A LIFE.

Spaces that embody you.

People performing a dance or yoga routine on a dark stage illuminated with blue lighting.

Purveyor of Ideas that heal.

A book titled 'How to Frame a Life' on a table, accompanied by a white plate with a silver fork, a napkin, a note with a handwritten letter, and a round tray with pineapple tarts. The note begins with a greeting and mentions the hotel in Singapore.

Writing about the messy middle.

A person with tattoos and rings in front of a window with water on it, touching their face with fingers, looking thoughtfully.

Sideman to founders with conviction.

A book titled 'How to Frame a Life' is on a table next to a note card with a handwritten message, a fork, and a plate with four pineapple tarts, on a tray with a paper banner from Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Book cover titled "How to Frame a Life" showing a woman in dark clothing carrying a cardboard box on her head, standing against a textured wall and window, with the subtitle "Mapping a life of grace, joy and love in turbulent times" and author's name Lucinda Kang.
Lucinda writes at the intersection of life and philosophy; from the in-between places that characterises a life in evolution. She writes on a space as raw as it is contemplative, always open, always vulnerable, never with filters and always with hope, and love.

Welcome to The Little Giants Foundry.

I'm a strategist, story-shaper, and quiet force behind a thousand small brave things. I built The Little Giants Foundry for the ones doing everything on their own - visionaries, makers, reluctant marketers - the ones with more heart than time.

Before this, I worked in experience design, branding, storytelling, and soulful business building - the kind that requires just as much listening as it does leading. I've named businesses, built identities, shaped strategies, and helped people remember what they were really trying to say.

Why me and not an Al?

Because your work isn't just a deliverable — it's devotion. It carries doubt, humour, hope, and a little madness. And I know how to work with that.

This isn't just about getting it done.

It's about making sure it feels like you when it is.
